Terms Of Service

This is a Terms Of Service agreement between you and TrafficSeller.net. This agreement concerns your purchase of a service in which TrafficSeller.net agrees to send visitors to a URL specified by you ("the service" or "the package"). More detailed information located in the FAQ section can be found regarding our terms for script, traffic, reseller account and system purchases.

Traffic Seller Scripts are typically delivered within 24-72 hours from the time of purchase. Traffic Seller Scripts are purchased without any warranty or support. All script sales are final once script has been delivered (digital download, email, mail, etc.), no refunds will be issued. Sample scripts are currently functional as demo's on TrafficSeller.net which include the scripts and demo websites will be almost identical to the script's you receive. By placing your order signifies you have familiarized your self with the script and have asked any questions prior to purchase. TrafficSeller.net will in no way be held liable for how the scripts are used after purchased as TrafficSeller.net does not support these scripts. The sale of a script is for the script alone and does not include web development such as script integration or installation, these may be purchased separately if a common price is agreed to by both parties. It is the buyer's responsibility to ask any pre-sale questions prior to purchase as all sales are final due to the nature of the product.

TRAFFIC CAMPAIGNS: NO POPUPS are allowed, no sounds, no frame-breaking code, no inappropriate content (we determine what is appropriate). We reserve the right to stop a campaign at any time without refund.

Campaign start date - Due to variances in amounts of traffic purchased at different times, the starting date may fluctuate, and we are in no way to be held responsible if your campaign does not start by a specific date.

Campaign delivery date - Due to variances in amounts of traffic purchased at different times, the delivery date may fluctuate, and we are in no way to be held responsible if your campaign does not finish by a specific date.

You are guaranteed that TrafficSeller.net will send the number of visitors to the URL you specify, this is the only guarantee for this service. In the unlikely event that TrafficSeller.net does not deliver the number of visitors promised we will continue to do so until your order has been fulfilled, if we cant, we will provide a refund of your entire purchase price on a pro-rata basis. In cases where refunds are claimed, we reserve the right to require proof that the proper number of visitors were not delivered. Stats, data and other information from third party counters (e.g. Extreme-DM.com, hitbox) are not sufficient to establish a claim. These counting systems tend to yield an improper count. If we dispute your claim, you must provide us with RAW server logs from the site and time period in question - this is the only reliable method of counting a visitor.

TrafficSeller.net will not deliver visitors to sites with popup windows. Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window, including popunder windows and javascript alert windows. If a popup window is installed on the URL at any time, TrafficSeller.net may stop the campaign and you will not be entitled to a refund.

TrafficSeller.net will not deliver visitors to sites containing content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general audience, unless the specific campaign ordered was targeted to special audiences (i.e. Adults Only). Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to, adult content, hate text, illegal content (in the US) and content that encourages illegal activities or violence. What constitutes inappropriate content shall be determined at the sole discretion of TrafficSeller.net. TrafficSeller.net will review your site before beginning the campaign. If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, TrafficSeller.net may stop your campaign immediately, with no refund being payable.

TrafficSeller.net cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control that may interfere with our ability to deliver visitors to your URL. Such factors include, but are not limited to: downtime on your server, overuse of your bandwidth quota (if applicable), errors on your site and network outages beyond our servers. Please contact your web hosting company or network provider if you are unsure about whether your hosting account is sufficient for the program you are ordering. Including but not limited to lost revenue, suspension from any programs, or any form of financial loss, chargebacks. All users use this service at your own risk. In no event shall TrafficSeller.net be liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the package, even if TrafficSeller.net has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All prices are subject to change without notice. This Terms of Service Agreement can change at anytime without prior notice. As with any type of "service" of this nature, All Sales Are Final.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Trafficseller.net and supersedes any other understandings or agreements, including, but not limited to, advertising with respect to the package. Upon placing an order the purchaser agrees to be held liable for any misuse or use of services in related to services offered from this website. The purchaser agrees not to hold liable in any way TrafficSeller.net for the use or misuse of services purchased heir in.

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any jurisdiction or government agency having jurisdiction, that particular provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make the provision valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Trafficseller.net uses your email address for direct communication purposes, we do not sell or rent information.

Google uses the DoubleClick DART cookie on publisher websites displaying AdSense for content ads. Subject to any applicable laws, rules and regulations, you will have the sole and exclusive right to use all data derived from your use of the DoubleClick DART cookie for any purpose related to your business, provided that Google may use and disclose this data subject to the terms of Google's advertising privacy policies and any applicable laws, rules and regulations.
